Help me give my students flexible seating and allow my students to sit in pairs, small groups, or individually. My school only had the funds to buy four but we need more so every student has a seat.
I work with students with low incidence disabilities who require a significantly modified curriculum. Most of my students have autism and about half have cognitive impairments.
My students work in groups during academic activities and these desks will allow them to easily move from one group to the next because of the wheels.
Students who need adaptive scissors and writing materials will always have them on hand in the built in storage shelf. Students who use an augmentative communication device will always have their voice with them.
My school only had the funds to buy desks for half of the class. This project will ensure all students in the class have the same desk.
