This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Providing flexible seating such as large pillows and cushions for my students will allow them to experience OPTION!
After learning from home students have found that you can also learn from places other than a desk and a chair!
My students love when they are able to choose seating around the classroom, unfortunately they do not all fit on a soft rug. Allowing the students to feel the sense of belonging in the classroom is crucial to their learning and I believe flexible seating will bring excitement and add belonging to our classroom!
