My Project

My students need help with regulating their emotions and bodies. The flexible seating options we are hoping to get will help do this. One regulation strategy is the ability to lay on one's stomach. The donut balls, yoga mats, and kinder pads will all be used for this. We will also practice regulation skills on the yoga mats.

Other objects will be used during our lessons for regulation as well.

Having stools instead of chairs helps keep the core engaged and is regulating. My students are hard workers and they deserve the tools to help them grow.
