This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are motivated learners that love reading. They are excited about learning and love when they’re able to choose their seat and read their favorite book. This flexibility has made a huge difference in my classroom. My students look forward to the time when they can choose a comfy seat and delve into their books. These flexible seats will give more of my students an opportunity to leave their desks and find the perfect reading spot.
The large post-it paper will scaffold my students learning.
Many of my students are second language learners. The post-it paper will allow me to create charts and place them in areas where my students can access them easily to fully comprehend the instruction.
