it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After a recently funded flexible seating area for my speech therapy room, I have realized that my older elementary students need a different space that fits their needs. They love the idea of working away from our traditional speech space, but the flexible seating options I have available are a bit too small to fit their growing bodies.
These materials will help me create a flexible seating space that has the same cozy feeling that the brightly colored rug and lamps created in the original space, but with larger bean bag chairs to fit their growing bodies and a small table to practice articulation flashcards or play speech therapy games on.
