Help me give my students binders to organize their work for their different subjects, and flexible seating to increase their focus and therefore improve their learning!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students at our school are so smart, inspiring and creative! Flexible seating would really give them a chance to shine, since sitting in stiff standard chairs for long periods of time is difficult for their developmental level. Similarly, it is hard for students to keep their work organized without binders, so binders (our school only provides folders) would really help them keep track of worksheets we are referring back to or completing over time. This would increase their learning abilities! All students deserve binders and since many families cannot afford them, this would help those students a lot.
