Help me give my students in PreK-4th grade options for flexible seating in the library, whether it’s for story time on the rug, table work time, or when they’re independently reading a book of their choice!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Lowell has brought library classes back for the first time in many years across the district. I am excited to be bringing this class back to my school! These students deserve a cozy, safe, inviting space to dive into good books during their library time. These materials will also provide great flexible seating options for the many students I see in the library with 504 plans and IEPs. By donating to this project, you will help our students increase focus and attention, while also encouraging them to become readers and explore new worlds through books!
