My Project
My math classes are made up of approximately 90 students who are highly diverse and most come from low socio-economic households. My students have a large range of challenges and learning styles.
Help my students be more productive learners by giving them sensory tools and flexible seating to help them focus and meet their sensory and learning needs.
With 80 minute class periods my students struggle to focus for the duration of class and the flexible seating will allow them options. Many of my students have sensory needs that keep them from being calm and productive in the classroom, and the sensory tools will allow them to have those needs met while still completing their math work.
