This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love learning in a small group setting. However, the chairs that are available are old. These chairs have been used by hundereds of students over the years and are showing the wear and tear.
Many students need to have movement breaks for optimal learning.
Small group is the perfect place for students to learn and "wobble" as needed. The stools will allow any student to release energy and still focus on learning math at the same time.
Ink for the classroom printer is important to continue printing worksheets at the students academic level. Students also print projects that they have created and share these projects with the entire school.
