My Project

Next year, I will be moving to the elementary school to teach life skills. I will be teaching EC-4 grade and the students will be divided into two classrooms. I will divide my time throughout the day. I will have about 15 students who have different sensory needs, and my goal is to meet those needs.

With each student requiring a different need, I will put my focus to do everything possible to meet those.

The items attached will begin my journey to allowing sensory needs for each student. Flexible seating has been shown to calm students. The items will be divided between the two classrooms.

As this is my first year, I am somewhat on a budget and want to focus on giving my students the needs that are required.
