Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As students mature through their elementary years, they become more appreciative of times in the school day when a choice is offered. No one wants to stay in one spot for prolonged periods of time, so allowing additional seating options would be great!
Help me give my students bean bags as flexible seating options during various points of the school day.
The bean bags would be offered when students are reading from our classroom library or at times when they are learning using technology. Students are likely to be more engaged and willing to learn when given choice opportunities.
