Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am requesting flexible seating options for my classroom. This will help students have options when completing learning tasks that match their learning style. Often, our little learners need to exert energy elsewhere when focusing on a learning task. These materials will help them engage deeper in their learning while also experiencing movement.

Our students deserve a classroom setting that fits their learning style.

I plan to include this flexible seating option in my small group setting and throughout my classroom so students have a choice on how to engage in their learning tasks. I know my students will be super excited to get the option to choose how and where they work.
