This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

PreK students love to learn and explore in a dynamic and engaging way. However, sometimes it can be difficult for PreK students to sit on a chair for a long or short period of time. Flexible seating is an excellent tool to promote productivity in the classroom.

These seating options will help my students to work independently and engagingly as they learn literacy and numeracy skills.

My students will have the opportunity to choose the seating option that they find most attractive and comfortable. This will help create a student-centered classroom where the students take ownership of their own learning and interact in a positive and safe way.
