This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Covid really changed the way our students operate and learn. After being virtual for a semester and then hybrid for a semester, I worked on getting flexible seating last year for my students who were not used to sitting in chairs all day anymore. I now have a variety of chair options, but still need a few more!
I would love to give my students some more comfortable seating options that would allow them to work in ways that they prefer.
I bought some cheaper floor chairs last year, but they are falling apart. Other teachers have told me how durable these ones are, and they are much quieter when adjusting the backs of them than the ones I currently have!
