My students are eager and energetic about learning. They enter the classroom with a smile on their face and a positive attitude throughout the day. We are fortunate to live in a tight knit, school community that inspires my students to be active members of society and to accomplish great things. They are dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners.
They love activities that inspire them to be creative and explore new things.
I want to give them the best possible opportunity to reach their full potential achieve their greatest dreams.
My Project
You get a seat, you get a seat, you get a seat! Help be me like Oprah by giving out new seats to my students. It’s not a new car by any means, but my students will surely be excited!
Flexible seating will make our future successful.
My students need seating options that are flexible and allow them choice within the classroom. They need seats that will help them focus on their work. I have requested a wobble chair and bouncy bands to help students control their energy while we work on academic tasks. The foam cushions and yoga balls will allow students a comfy place to sit while diving deep into reading. This will increases their interest and stamina to read and work on tasks for an extended period.
We will use these materials to make learning more enjoyable and our classroom more comfortable. These seats will be used on a daily basis by students who need a little extra help focusing during the school. They will be used during whole group instruction as well as at the horseshoe table during centers. Your generous donation to our project will improve our kindergarten classroom by building a stronger classroom environment. This will change our students' lives for the better. They will love school and feel success at an early age, even having fun while learning.
