Help me give my students Flexible seating. a lot of students within our school struggle with staying seated at their desks and giving the opportunity for them to have flexible seating may help their learning.
This project is aimed to help students who need more support than a simple desk in a chair can give them. A lot of our students have needs that go beyond your typical classroom setup and because we are a low-income school, it is really difficult to buy expensive flexible seating options. Help give this opportunity to my students. By providing flexible seating that can be used during a wide array of instructional time, both at their own desk or on the carpet. Items like wobble, stools and kick bands provide support. While students are at their own desks and given opportunities for small movement while still staying on targeted instruction.
