Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am going to be a second-year teacher at a Title I school. I am changing grade levels this year and am hoping to provide my students with a variety of flexible seating options. Many students are more successful when they can sit and work in a way that is comfortable for them. The ottoman chairs, surf desks, and stadium chairs work well for different students.

I am also hoping to get privacy dividers to help students who need them during tests to help them be able to focus.

I added the class set of crayons to help us add some fun and color to our assignments.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
