My Students

A have a group of amazing 5th graders that are eager to learn new things. Technology in the classroom is one thing that engages my students, but living in a rural, lower income area becomes a struggle for them at home. It is also harder for our school to come up with these resources in the classroom.

I want all students to have the same opportunities to use technology that will prepare them for their future careers.

With your help, we can make this happen.

My Project

To keep students actively engaged while allowing a little movement can be a challenge. Using the wiggle stools to help them get out any extra energy that they might have, will help them better focus on the tasks on which they are working.

Wiggle seats will improve on-task behavior and reduce classroom management challenges.

I am also requesting comfortable floor chairs to give them another alternative to sitting at their desk to work. Students learn best when they are comfortable. By giving my students some flexibility, they will be more eager and excited about being in my classroom and ready to learn.
