My students are wonderful kids that are full of energy and wonderings. As a student, I always disliked sitting at a desk hour after hour completing one worksheet after another. As a teacher, I have no desire to pass that onto my kiddos. My kiddos are a group of students that enjoy reading and writing around the room. They are not your traditional students but more wanting to feel as if they are in the comfort of their own home. Students need to feel comfortable in order to be successful.
They enjoy learning in nontraditional ways with great resources and working, however, makes them comfortable.
I want to be able to provide the best possible room for kids to explore and learn!
My Project
These flexible seating choices, including the stools and emoji pillows, will help my students become more excited and willing to learn. Students learn best when they feel safe and comfortable. This will help provide an environment that will cater to their chosen method of learning!
Getting students excited about learning is my top priority!
Through these materials, I can provide books and an environment that will push them through the challenging times! Who wouldn't want to come into a room filled with great books and a lounge like it was designed for Google? My students give their best everyday, they deserve to have the best provided for them!
