My Project
I know every teacher will brag on their students emphasizing how special they are. But, this group of scholars I have this year are incredible and deserve it all. I want to move from the traditional sitting at your seat all day (it's uncomfortable and can be quite boring).
Who wouldn't want to sit on a more comfortable surface as opposed to the cold linoleum floor.
The area rugs will allow for us to gather together comfortably to have rich discussions, provide lessons, and for students to use as flexible seating. Think about it, we spend 8+ hours at school, more than we spend at our own homes. I want them to not only learn but feel as much at home as possible.
