Flexible Seating and Organization

My students need these chairs to allow for better movement and more comfort throughout the classroom. These chairs will free up space at our crowded tables allowing students more room to work. Other items for organization.

My Students

I teach students from 6th, 7th, and 8th grade over 3 trimesters from a variety of different economic and social backgrounds. My classroom is full inclusion so I teach a variety of students from regular ed and special education programs as well as students from our ASD program.

We learn a broad digital literacy curriculum on topics ranging from anti-cyberbullying, digital citizenship, online collaboration, multimedia creation, etc.

so my students are creative, hardworking, and inspiring. We have a lot of fun.

My Project

These items will help better organize and add to the student experience in my classroom. The lights will provide a more comfortable workspace for all students. they will be used to replace the very bright fluorescent lights that my room has.

The chairs will be used to free up space at our crowded tables and add another level of comfort while the students work.

the headphones will replace ones that have already broken from use throughout the year and the shoe organizer will be used to organize and store the headphones we have.

Used this project as a lesson for students on the use of the internet to fund projects in today's digital world. Thank you for your consideration.
