Flexible Seating and Calming Corner

Help me give my students the option of flexible seating in the classroom as well as materials for a calming corner. Having space to move, as well as a space to regulate is so important for kids!

My Project

My students are special because they work so hard and want to learn. They get excited about what we are learning and invest in their own improvement.

These items will provide students with the opportunity to have flexible seating around the classroom, which will allow them to work in a space that will be the most productive work and learning for them.

Students need the opportunity to feel that they also have some say in their education throughout the day, and even being able to choose where to sit can be special.

A calming corner is also an essential part of our classroom. This gives students a place to go to take a break when they are dysregulated or upset, but allows them to stay in the classroom so that they are not completely missing out on academic content.
