My Students

My students shift between classes all day long. They're so used to transitions between subjects. That's why it is time to spice things up! My students are in fourth grade. My class is for social studies and science.

They have different academic levels and different perspectives.

I have students with and without disabilities in the classroom. We are a rural school with a lot of fun learning! We love social studies and science! We practice our skills daily and need to reinforce our learning!

Our students are in a classroom for 80 minutes in each class. We need to get up and moving!

My Project

My students need some flexible seating options, we have bouncy bands for our feet but are now looking for some stools.

These stools would give students who are not always comfortable in a chair a better option and promote learning for all students.

These would be a great addition to our classroom. We would use them during regular instruction, small groups, and reading times.

I have used these periodically throughout the year, it is amazing for students to just pull a stool in pick an area in the room to work. This promotes social skills for students and allows them to be flexible.
