My Students

Our math classroom is an area for active learning. Throughout the day, students participate in whole class learning, partner work, group collaboration, and independent study. We love to add movement, music, art, and technology to our day to encourage every student.

There are 75 uniquely diverse six graders in three different math blocks.

They come to school excited and ready to learn. They love sharing their ideas and questions with the class. Our school is a staple in the community offering a safe and wonderful place to learn.

My Project

Today's students need a variety of choices to keep learning engaging. They enjoy moving around the room to work during independent work time. Having different options, such as Zenergy swivel chairs and high top tables, will create a new level of engagement.

Help give my students different seating choices in their learning environment with high top table options and swivel chairs.

The Zenergy swivel chairs will be used during whole class instruction and independent work time. These will help students stay focused while participating in discussions and lessons with their peers or the teacher. The high top tables will be used by students who prefer to stand during math lessons.
