Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help create a safe, collaborative, and welcoming classroom environment that all students will want to be in.

First, the flexible seating will allow students to have autonomy and collaboration in the classroom.

Not all students can learn sitting at a desk. Providing separate seating for group work and individual work will allow students to thrive in the classroom.

Next, providing a variety of learning manipulatives, such as legos will allow students to be creative in their learning. Students will be able to show understanding in their own individual ways. w

Autonomy, creativity, and collaboration will help bridge the learning gaps created by COVID-19.
