My Project

I am continually amazed by my students' boundless curiosity and their genuine desire to collaborate. They are empathetic, imaginative thinkers who thrive when given independence and comfort in their learning.

All of my students deserve a classroom library where they can see themselves and their world reflected.

Our collection is quickly devoured, so a diverse set of books is essential to ensure every child finds a title that aligns with their interest. These new titles will help them build empathy by encountering diverse perspectives and fuel their independence by promoting a lifelong love of reading.

Currently, several of my students require specific supports to maintain focus and regulate their bodies. The classroom flexible seating I am requesting will specifically support students with Occupational Therapy (OT) needs. These specialized seats provide the targeted sensory and postural support necessary for them to succeed. This will help these learners increase focus and regulation, removing a physical barrier so they can fully access the curriculum.

We are fortunate to go on many local field trips, but transporting supplies and safety equipment is a constant challenge. The wagon for field trips is a powerful tool that will directly help us enhance safety and efficiency by managing all gear. This frees up teachers to focus entirely on supervising and engaging the students, which maximizes learning time.

Finally, my students grasp complex concepts best through hands-on work. The printer ink is necessary to create engaging, vibrant, and personalized resources. A reliable supply of ink will ensure we can support differentiation and promote engagement by transforming abstract ideas into concrete learning experiences.
