This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students can be described in one word: amazing. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration! These kids come from some very difficult home lives. The students at my school generally come from low-income families. The circumstances of these students can lead to poor reading scores.
My Project
This project will help support a developing classroom with active young learners! We are putting our students' brains to work as they continue to learn and grow each day. Please help me provide flexible, fun, and fabulous seating to some fantastic students! Adding a variety of seating options for learning, such as stools and will allow students to use flexible seating options that are best for their learning style and activity level! Stools will help our students focus at their desks to maximize their learning opportunities. A easel stand will allow a clear view for our daily read aloud without using a screen.
