This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing children who work hard to leave their home lives outside the classroom. They come to school to learn and grow in every area of development. But some of my students struggle day to day with keeping up with the mainstream lessons. From a class of 25, I have several students who have a wide range of special needs. These children need all the support to focus.

When my students feel successful, they work and have pride in their work.

My Project

These materials are needed for the many students who have attention issue in my classroom. Many students have situations that prevent them from being able to focus. Plus sitting in little blue chairs all day is very uncomfortable for most. It will be helpful to allow the students in my class to be able to do their work where they are more comfortable. This will provide the students the ability to sit in a chair the surrounds them or on the floor in a different position. Please give to these students so they may be able to focus on their school work better and this will give them a better opportunity for higher success.
