My Project
Introducing wobble chairs and chair bands into my classroom can have several benefits for students who struggle with fidgeting or have difficulty staying focused. Flexible seating improves concentration, increases engagement, reduces disruptions, and reduces stress.
Some of my wobble chairs have outlived their life and are literally falling apart on the students while they are in class and need to be replaced.
The one piece wobble chair that I have requested features a design that will meet the needs of fidgety students while increasing chair durability at the same time.
Not all students like the wobble chairs, but they do need to move and shift around. The chair bands fill that need while keeping the students engaged and focused.
