Our district adopted a Bring Your Own Device policy where technology is welcomed in the classroom and students can use their own technological devices to access the Internet for educational purposes. My students always enjoy any technology time they have in class and the learning possibilities are endless. However, not all my students have smart phones or their parents do not allow them to bring their phones to school making 1:1 technology hard. Additionally, student access to the district internet is never an easy task, and completing assignments on the small phone screen creates an additional hurdle.
