Flexible Classroom Desks for Interactive Learning

Help me give my students new desks for collaboration, independent focus, and flexibility as needed. These desks will allow me to move students' space around throughout the day based on what our activities need for students to excel.

My Project

In our class, we learn in different ways throughout the day. My students have various skills, needs, and learning styles. I do my best to accommodate all learning styles within each day to help my students reach their maximum potential.

The activities we do each do require different arrangements and spaces.

These moveable desks will allow us to create spaces throughout the day to fit all of our activities.

Sometimes we work independently. Other times, we work in groups. Sometimes, we explore quietly at centers while others are working in small groups.

These trapezoid desks will work in arrangements for all of these options. Also, when it is time for us to dance, jump, and squat, we can push our desks against the wall for more space.

Mrs. McDaniel will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by July 17.
