Flexible and Tiered Seating in 6th Grade

Help me give my students options for flexible seating in my classroom. I want to create not only options for seating, but also a tiered structure classroom that enables better viewing of instruction.

My Project

I plan to use these classroom materials to create a high/medium/low level tiered classroom environment. My goal is to help students to better view and participate in classroom discussion and instruction.

I also plan to incorporate these varied seating options to aid students who may struggle with continued focus in a traditionally structure classroom.

Students will be given diverse options to allow for more functional movement in the classroom, without disrupting others.

In my classes consisting of 80-90 6th graders, I have students of different educational and learning levels. Various students have diagnosed levels of focus that require additional help to maintain both comprehension and focus in the classroom. This variety of seating is focused to help students that struggle with these issues as well as provide support for students who simply need a variety of options within their environment.
