My Project
These two items will help me to create a flexible learning space prmarily for my younger kindergarten and first grade students.
I hope to use these resources to encourage my students to be more comfortable while working in small groups and independently to complete various STEM, engineering, and coding challenges during their time with me.
I have previously taught full-day kindergarten within the Phoenixville Area School District from 2018-2023 before becoming a STEM teacher. My experiences during that time have taught me that not all students engage with learning best when sitting in a chair and desk. I hope to give my students more options to find a flexible space within the classroom for their learning.
