Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My 7th grade students are creative, young scholars who deserve a learning environment which provides choice and flexibility for small group work and also is empowering and warm.

The flexible seating chairs in this project will offer them choice and movement while exploring and diving into literature and learning!

Also included in this project is Magnetic Poetry. As a brain break, my students love to get up and construct magnetic poems and encouraging phrases on our white board. We are in need of new words to help broaden their vocabularies! As they stretch their creativity and minds, the battery operated light classroom signs will remind them of their worth and offer a warm, calming environment.
