This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting foam rollers which will be used during our Flex class that will promote mental health activities to our students. We will be doing Yoga, Pilates, Stretching and Meditation activities for thirty minutes two days a week. Students will have a chance to take a break from academics and focus on their mental health.

The exercise bands will be used in our weight training classes a part of their daily workouts.

We will be able to start including different types of workouts that students can do at home or at a gym.
