My Students

I am a first year teacher and COVID has impacted me and my class over the last year dramatically. Students are always in and out of my room but we are trying to make the best out of the situation!

We are always trying to be kind and considerate to those around us and have created such a positive fun culture within our classroom setting!

My Project

If students are feelin anxiety or are needing time to focus, flexible seating is a great option to help them take a moment to sit and relax. Some of the seats will be placed in my calm corner to help my students who are feeling overwhelmed with challenges in their lives and most of them are dealing with challenges and anxiety related to COVID 19.

I want my classroom to be a safe haven for them to come and relax and feel comfortable and giving them the choice and option of flexible seats can help.
