If students are feelin anxiety or are needing time to focus, flexible seating is a great option to help them take a moment to sit and relax. Some of the seats will be placed in my calm corner to help my students who are feeling overwhelmed with challenges in their lives and most of them are dealing with challenges and anxiety related to COVID 19. I want my classroom to be a safe haven for them to come and relax and feel comfortable and giving them the choice and option of flexible seats can help.

About my class
