My Project
Many students struggle to pay attention in class without fidgeting. I want to provide and option for students to have flexible seating to enable them to pay attention and fidget as needed without disruption.
Some students with ADHD and other disorders find it difficult to pay attention without moving.
Flexible seating options are a hands free way to help students to be able to get the "wiggles" out without distracting themselves or others in the room. These students come from rural areas in West Virginia and often cannot afford to get what they need for school. These "extras" will be beneficial for my students to succeed in fourth grade.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
