My Students

Would you like to help my students flash into the 21st Century?

My students live in a rural area in North Carolina where the budget has taken a dramatic toll on being able to get enrichment materials for our students.

Our students are excited and ready to learn and love using technology to show what they have learned.

My Project

Flash drives will enable the students to work on, store, and present projects that are being integrated with technology. Students will also learn how to organize and effectively save their work for self progress monitoring purposes. This will enable students to learn and understand that data and content is mobile. Students will save their work to track their mastery of common core/essential standards.

Our fifth grade North Carolina Essential Standards mandate that we incorporate the use of technology (NC 5.TT.1.2 Use a variety of technology tools to organize data and information).
