My Project

Our high school experienced enormous growth in our multilingual population over the past year, creating a beautifully diverse student body representing our growing community. This growth has created a dynamic change in our student population which now is nearly one-quarter Latino, Polynesian, or Asian. We are in desperate need of a way to welcome these students to their new Mustang home.

Our diverse population is the foundation of our Mustang Nation.

I want new students to see their home country reflected as they enter our building as a reminder that they are seen, recognized, and welcomed for who they are (not just who they will become here in their new home).

These flags represent the student body of 2022-23 and I'm confident we'll need to add more. This will begin our celebration of our diverse students and the wealth of experience they offer.
