Flag Football Equipment

My Project

Our school is a 6th-8th school with approximately 500 students. We largely serve underrepresented communities. Almost 100% of our students qualify for free and reduced-price lunch, and many are facing homelessness. We have a racial minority enrollment rate of 74%, with Hispanic students making up the greatest portion of that. Our school is serving this community in every way that we can with multiple programs such as GATE (gifted and talented education) and AVID (a college readiness program) as well as with self-contained classes for students with intellectual and/or emotional disabilities.

Thanks to DonorsChoose, we were able to get the basics for the club including footballs, down markers, flag belts, and mouthguards!

Now we would like to take it a step further and begin getting uniforms for them! We are starting with socks and sleeves. Please consider giving to these amazing kids and helping to make our flag football club a success!
