My Project

My students have started each morning this spring doing workout videos. Lately, they have been saying how much easier it has been feeling and they want to make it harder.

I want to challenge them in creative ways to keep both their minds and bodies fit and healthy!

Starting the mornings with a little fitness and exercise has improved their moods. It gives them something to look forward to when they arrive so early every morning.

The resistance bands will help make their workouts a little more challenging and the ball is another tool for the recess yard that won’t have to be shared across 4 other first-grade sections.
