Fishing for Fun..Playground and Indoor fun; Need Your Help!!

My students need a complete Gross Motor learning kit, including various balls, hoops, an active play kit and a Kid-Sized Indoor-Outdoor Equipment Cart, for the classroom. My students need to be challenged both physically and mentally.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My student needs a Complete Motor Learning Kit for the classroom because we have no equipment to keep the children entertained. We have a self centered P.E coach who refuses to allow the students that she does not teach P.E to... use the sports equipment that her assigned classes use.

My students are the greatest students from an impoverished neighborhood.

My students do not have access to the neighboring parks because of gangs. Many of my student do not go outside to play when they are at home because of safety reasons surrounding their lives. However, when my class does get a chance to go outside as a class, they do not have anything to play with. The coach refuses to let them play with her P.E equipment. We try to play organized game such a Duck Duck Goose, Freeze Tag and Hide-N-Seek; but the children get tired of those games and they began to target each other which is a no no in my class.

My Project

A Complete Gross Motor Learning kit for my students will prepare them both mentally and physically as it requires concentration and body control. Getting fit and having fun will prepare their bodies mentally and physically during their active play. Active play provides endless opportunities for fun, while promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

By providing my students with a Complete Gross Motor Learning Kit...my students will be able to challenge their minds both physically and mentally while having fun.

With the Complete Gross Motor Learning Kit, my student will more physically and mentally prepared to compete with their counterparts physically academically.
