My Students

My firsties are a great group of students who have worked hard all year. We have been learning all year how to read, write, add, and subtract. This is my second year teaching first grade, and we enjoy learning together. This great bunch of first graders who deserve awesome experiences for their education.

My firsties have all the necessary supplies in the classroom, but we have a lot of needs in our class to help with their academics.

My Project

My firsties are in need of more books in our classroom. We have some books in our classroom, but we are in need of more books because my students are reading every day. We need a high volume of quality books for my students that represent both fiction and nonfiction books.

My students love to read and want more books to have in their book boxes to read every day.

They are truly in love with the books in our classroom, but they need more to read. We have a variety of books, but we need more to match the interests of all the students in our classroom.
