This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As I embark on this new chapter, I am eager to provide my students with a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and growth. The requested materials will help support my classroom in a well-organized environment and interactive instruction.

Organization supplies will help keep instruction materials filed and stored for easy access to lesson plan materials.

Laminators and small paper cutters are essentials in a classroom for small student projects, reusable anchor charts, learning centers, and labels.

Students will use dry-erase whiteboards for phonics instruction and math practices in whole-group and small-group instruction. Whiteboards are interactive tools to help students engage, visualize concepts, jot down ideas, and learn.

As many first-time teachers know, setting up a classroom with the necessary supplies and resources can be challenging. I am considering this opportunity to make a lasting impact on my students’ educational experience.
