My Project
I’m so excited to be entering my first year of teaching! As you may know, there is a lot to get together. I have put together a list of things that I have seen work tremendously in other classrooms.
For starters, the main event, our classroom rug!
I particularly like the separate letter boxes as it has a dual purpose. One, it maintains a print-rich environment, which is extremely important for my upcoming Kinders! The other purpose they would serve is to maintain an organized environment for the whole group, where each child will be able to have their own space to sit in and be comfortable!
I also included quite a few manipulatives in this list. I will use these to encourage math skills throughout the year! The book bins will assist me in keeping an organized classroom library. Lastly, the leveled readers will be extremely beneficial in maintaining consistent growth in literacy throughout the year!
