My Project

Hello! I'm a first-year teacher excited to begin my journey with an energetic group of 4th graders at a Title I school in Arizona. As I prepare to welcome my students this Fall, I want them to feel engaged, and excited to learn! I’m seeking support to ensure our space is organized, well-equipped, and full of learning opportunities.

Starting from scratch means I need many basic supplies to build a strong classroom foundation.

With your help, I hope to stock our room with essential items like pencils, sharpener, whiteboards, dry-erase markers, and storage bins to keep materials organized. These simple tools will allow us to focus more on learning and less on searching for supplies. Furthermore, having some motivational posters, and an area rug will make our space feel bright, comfortable, and encouraging!

I also want to create a positive and motivating environment by setting up a student reward system. Small prizes will go a long way in celebrating effort, kindness, and academic progress.

Finally, I’m looking to include educational games and activities that foster collaboration and make learning fun. These games will be used during learning centers, indoor and outdoor recess, and as engaging tools to reinforce essential skills like teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and empathy. These are key components of building a strong, inclusive classroom community where every student will feel valued and connected.

As a new teacher, I want to be as prepared and organized as possible so that my students can thrive from day one. Your donation will directly support my goal of building a welcoming, efficient, and joyful classroom for every child who walks through our door.
