This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students will have various books readily available to them in the classroom to enrich their vocabulary and become stronger readers. Having books that are representative of my students will allow them to be engaged in learning and encourage them to become recreational readers. By donating to my project my students will have access to books from various topics and genres that they can use for book reports, or research purposes. I am a new teacher and I want to provide my fifth grade students a classroom library in time for the new school year.
