My Project

Help me give my students basic classroom supplies like markers, pencils, art materials, fidget toys, and a laminator to create a fun, organized, and supportive learning space. These tools will help my young learners stay engaged, express their creativity, and feel comfortable and focused throughout the school day. As a first-year teacher, having these essentials will make a big difference in building a classroom where every child can thrive.

My classroom will be made up of amazing 1st graders in an ICT (Integrated Co-Teaching) setting, meaning students with a wide range of strengths and learning needs will be learning together.

The fidget toys will support students who need sensory tools to stay focused, while the laminator will help me create durable visual supports, learning games, and individualized materials that students can use again and again. Art supplies like markers and paper allow my students to show what they know in creative ways, especially those who may communicate better through visuals.

I am so excited to meet my first group of students and create a classroom that is warm, inclusive, and full of learning. With your help, I can start the year strong and provide the kind of environment every 1st grader deserves—one that’s colorful, welcoming, and built just for them.
