This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a veteran general education teacher making the transition to special education, I want to be as prepared as possible to help my students meet their individualized goals.

Organization is key when practicing and assessing individual goals.

Creating a bin for each student with their IEP goals, tools to practice, and data sheets to assess will allow any teacher that is working with the student to know exactly what each student is working on and give them the ability to practice with them.

I am so excited to be working as a special education teacher and I want to help my students reach their goals. Keeping goals organized and easy to use, will help them achieve their goals and allow me to make new ones.
